If you are opening a new E-Toll account online, you will need to manually ‘opt in’ for the M5 South-West Cashback Scheme.
When you are choosing the type of account you want, there will be an option for M5 South-West Cashback. Click the drop-down arrow next to the text “Opted out” and change it to “Opted in”

Your eligibility for a Cashback rebate starts from the first day of the month in which you registered. Tolls paid before the date you register will not be refunded.
You can also choose to opt-out at anytime.
