Corporate Post-Paid account

I am a registered business. Can I apply for a Corporate Post-Paid account?

Yes, you can if your company is based in Australia.

A Corporate Post-Paid (tag or tagless) account is an easy way for large businesses to manage toll costs for an unlimited number of vehicles.

To be eligible for a Corporate Post-Paid account, you must:

  • Have a minimum of 10 vehicles
  • Have a minimum toll usage of $1200 or more per month
  • Undergo a company credit check
  • Make monthly payments

Please also note that late-payment fees apply to Corporate Post-Paid accounts.

As a Corporate Post-Paid customer, you can manage your account online, view and download account transactions and receive notifications.

How do I apply for a Corporate account?

You can apply for a Corporate account by contacting the EToll Post-Paid team at: post_paid@transport.nsw.gov.au

You’ll need to provide a completed application form that includes the following information:

  • An Australian business number (ABN) or Australian company number (ACN)
  • The business’s name and at least one contact name
  • A business address, telephone number and email address for invoicing
  • A tag delivery address, if opening a Tag account, and a postal address if it differs from the invoicing address
  • The number of tags required
  • The licence plate number (s) and the state where the vehicles you’d like to add to your account are registered
  • Details of the payment method you will be using to settle your invoices

Once your account is active, you can start using toll roads with the vehicle’s listed on your account.

When you open a tag account, you must order a minimum of 10 tags when you enter your vehicle’s details. You will be refunded any video matching fees incurred during the tag dispatch period.

Please note: a credit check will be required. We may also ask for additional financial information to complete the application process.

How does a Corporate Post-Paid account differ from a Pre-Paid account?

A Tag or Tagless Pre-Paid account suits a regular user and requires the account to have a positive balance.

A Corporate Post-Paid account is invoiced monthly with 30-day payment terms.

Toll charges are the same whether you have a Corporate Post-Paid tag or a Tagless account; however, a Tagless account attracts a video matching fee for each trip.
