No. You can only use one tag in a vehicle at any one time. You must ensure you add/link your licence plate number to your Account.
If you have multiple tags, make sure you only use one tag in a vehicle at any one time, or you may be charged multiple times for each trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you only have one tag in the vehicle at any one time. Toll charges will appear on your next E-Toll statement and multiple-charge disputes may not be considered by E-Toll.
We recommend that you don't carry a tag on a bus, taxi or rideshare services (such as Uber) as toll charges may be triggered, and E-Toll may not consider these types of disputes.
Depending on the tag product chosen, there may be a limit to the number of tags you can have.
Pre-paid accounts: There is no limit on the number of tags allowed on the account
TPI or DVA cardholders: These customers can only have one tag and one vehicle on an account, are exempt from paying toll fees on the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour Tunnel, and statement postal fees (supporting documents must be presented/submitted).
Pension cardholders: If the card is issued by the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) and shows a NSW address, these customers can have unlimited number of vehicles and tags on an account and are eligible for exemption from statement postal fees if the pension card is valid and in the name of the account holder (supporting documents must be presented/submitted).
Log in to your account and click on the 'tags' option and select 'add tags or materials'. Select tags or brackets and use the plus button to increase the quantity.
A maximum of 5 tags may be ordered online, for additional quantities please raise an enquiry by completing the contact us form or calling 13 18 65 or visit your nearest Service NSW centre.
